Advisory Committee

To ensure a successful Strategic Transportation Plan for Denver, the planning process must receive organized and regular input from the public. The Advisory Committee [pdf 25kb] is designed to serve as a major facet of public input for the Strategic Transportation Plan. Its members represent a wide-range of specific stakeholders who have a distinct interest in the outcome of the process.

The Advisory Committee provides advice on policy and political issues, general plan direction, and consistency of the Strategic Transportation Plan with Blueprint Denver. The Advisory Committee is comprised of external and internal stakeholders, who are appointed by the Mayor to make recommendations to the Manager of Public Works. Membership includes City Staff, City Council members, and interested citizens.

The Advisory Committee will meet every couple of months. Meetings are open to the public.
